warrants to the original purchaser, that for 1 year, Campusloftbeds
will repair or replace any loft, which is defective in material or
workmanship. Because wood is a natural product, variations in the
color, texture, and pattern may be present. The warranty in
no way covers material variations, only material defects resulting in
the deficiency of the structural integrity of the members will be
covered under this warranty. The decision to repair or
replace will be at the discretion of the management of Campusloftbeds.
To exercise your rights under this warranty, you must submit the
original sales receipt when making a claim. The warranty
period begins at the time you receive the product. If Campusloftbeds
determines that repair is impractical you will be furnished a
substitute unit of the same or similar color, design, style and
quality. If you notice a manufacturing defect, it is important for you
to promptly notify the Campusloftbeds immediately. Campusloftbeds can
be notifed by either using the Contact Us link on our website or by
submitting an e-mail to customer service: customerservice@campusloftbeds.com
After notification it may be necessary for Campusloftbeds to
arrange for an inspection of your furniture to determine whether or not
a manufacturing defect exists.
