Shipping
Whenever
possible
we will ship all of our items using FedEx. Rates reported on
our website vary depending on the weight of the package and the
distance the package is traveling. Depending on how close you
are to the
shipping warehouse, which is located in Raleigh, NC, your item will
arrive between 1 and 6 business days after it leaves the warehouse.
For express shipping rates please contact customer
service to check for availability.
We do
not require an adult signature for deliveries, but
please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature
is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left
at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door
asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required."
Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
Returns
Campusloftbeds
is committed to excellence in service and delivering
quality products. We will gladly accept all exchanges or returns due to
product damage, defect, and warranty issues. Restocking - Items
returned for reasons not detailed in the Product Warranty will
be charged a 20% restocking fee.
- All
items should be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Customer will be responsible for all return
freight charges.
Timely Review of
Goods - All orders that are
shipped to customers must be opened within 5
days. If packages are not opened within 5 days and damages are
reported, claims for damaged goods will not be honored.
- We
strongly recommend that all end user customers thoroughly
inspect delivery for disturbances in packing and concealed damage. If
identified, customers should document this for the shipping agency. If
customers do not take these measures Campusloftbeds reserves the right
to
not honor damaged goods claims.
Order
Cancellation - We work
diligently to fill all in-stock orders.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but customers
are welcome to return it in accordance with our return and restocking
policy.
